Caesars Entertainment Increases Ownership Of Horseshoe Baltimore To 76%

Caesars Entertainment Inc CZR has acquired a minority interest in the Horseshoe Baltimore casino from one of its joint venture partners.
The company now owns 76% of Horseshoe Baltimore and will consolidate the property results on its financial statements.
The company held $1.1 billion in cash and equivalents as of June 30, 2021.
Price Action: CZR shares are trading higher by 3.76% at $103.75 on the last check Friday.
