Ross Stores CFO Travis Marquette Resigns

Ross Stores Inc’s ROST Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Travis Marquette has resigned effective immediately to accept a position with another company.
Marquette has served as the CFO since 2019.
The company's senior finance executives will report to Chief Operating Officer and Group President Michael Hartshorn, until Finance leadership changes are announced in the coming months.
Price action: ROST shares closed higher by 1.81% at $124.89 on Wednesday.
