Sanofi (NYSE : SNY) today announced that its US Consumer Healthcare Division, Chattem, Inc., completed the acquisition of the worldwide rights to the Rolaids^® brand from McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc.
