) after the close of trading on Friday, August 19. S&P 500 constituent Honeywell International (NYSE:

) is acquiring EMS Technologies in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals. Tennant Co. (NYSE:

) will replace Gerber Scientific Inc. (NYSE:

) after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Private equity firm Vector Capital is acquiring Gerber Scientific in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final conditions.
