Jim Cramer Shares His Thoughts On IBM, Oclaro And Johnson Controls

On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said that International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM) hasn't bounced back and he thought it would. The stock represents value, but it keeps trading lower and the rest of the tech space is trading sharply higher, added Cramer.

Investors are rolling the dice with a long position in Oclaro, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCLR). Cramer would rather own American Tower Corp (NYSE:AMT).

Johnson Controls International plc (NYSE:JCI) doesn't have any momentum, said Cramer.
