It's A Prime Time For Stock Pickers, Kourtney Gibson Says

Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) announced its COVID-19 vaccine was 90% effective in its Phase 3 trial. The news made the overall market trade higher on hopes of the economy returning to a sense of normalcy.
