County leaders in Maryland are being cautioned to adopt reasonable zoning restrictions for cannabis businesses as the state prepares to issue more than six dozen new dispensary licenses, prioritizing social equity.

Nevada Regulators Approve Six Conditional Cannabis Consumption Lounge Licenses

Nevada regulators have granted conditional licenses for six more cannabis consumption lounges, including plans by Curaleaf Holdings (OTC:CURLF) and Green Thumb Industries (OTC:GTBIF).

Curaleaf's subsidiary, Tryke Cos. wants to open a retail-attached consumption lounge near the Las Vegas Strip while Green Thumb Industries plans a similar concept through its Integral Associates subsidiary at a location adjacent to the Cookies on the Strip retail outlet.

The state's Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) has now approved a total of 15 consumption lounges in Nevada, reported MJBizDaily.
