Mike Tyson And Ric Flair To Discuss Cannabis At Miami Event Today: The Inside Scoop On This Knockout Collaboration

The 16th edition of the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference, the world's most successful cannabis business event, is set to feature an exciting panel discussion with boxing legend Mike Tyson and wrestling icon Ric Flair today, April 11, at 5 pm ET. The highly anticipated event, held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel in Florida, is renowned for fostering deal-making, capital raising, and M&A in the cannabis industry.

The panel, titled "Legends of The Ring & Their Journey With Cannabis," will delve into various aspects of cannabis in sports, politics, and the NBA's recent decision to allow cannabis. The discussion will also touch on Tyson's own brand, Tyson 2.0, and Ric Flair's Ric Flair Drip.

Moderated by Chad Bronstein of Fyllo, and Javier Hasse and Jason Raznick of Benzinga, the event will take place on the Brand Stage of the conference.

Tyson, Flair, and Bronstein are no strangers to the conference, having participated in the event last year.

During the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference in Chicago last year, Tyson humorously requested for "someone in the crowd [to] pass me a joint?"

After receiving and lighting up the joint, Tyson expressed his gratitude, saying, "Now, that’s what I’m talking about."

Both Flair and Tyson smoked multiple joints on stage while discussing the benefits of cannabis over drugs such as Xanax. Flair shared his journey into the cannabis industry, saying, "I got into the industry out of luck. I’ve known Mike [Tyson] since the 1980s. Chad approached me about it, my old school way of thinking told me I didn’t want to be affiliated with cannabis, but I didn’t realize the cannabis world was taking over."

Flair also revealed that cannabis replaced Xanax for him as a remedy for pain, as the retired wrestler used to have to wrestle up to 454 times per year. "When this came along, it completely erased my previous addiction," Flair said.

With such intriguing discussions expected at this year's conference, attendees can look forward to gaining valuable insights into the ever-evolving cannabis industry. Join us today! Secure a ticket now. Use the code GIMME10 for a 10% discout.
