Ebix To Buy Yatra In $338M Deal

Ebix Inc EBIX will buy Yatra Online YTRA in a $338 million deal.

Ebix says each Yatra ordinary share convertible into Ebix stock would be valued, on an as-converted basis, at $4.90 per share.

Yatra shares traded higher by 17.78% at $4.57, while Ebix shares were down 1.23% at $47.52 in Wednesday’s pre-market session.
