BLUE BELL, Pa., July 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) today announced that market research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan recognized the Unisys Stealth® suite of security software with its 2017 North American Customer Value Leadership Award.
The award, based on Frost & Sullivan's recent analysis of the automated encrypted network security solution market, cited Unisys Stealth as outstanding for its use of micro-segmentation, encryption, authentication and authorization techniques to protect an organization's valuable data whether in data centers, any cloud or on PCs, mobile devices and industrial control systems. In 2016, Unisys Stealth was evaluated and accredited by the National Information Assurance Partnership as among the products eligible for use by governments in more than 20 countries to protect their most sensitive systems and information.
Unisys Stealth software delivers micro-segmentation across entire extended enterprises to easily create secure communities of interest (COI) within an organization where only authorized users can access information, while cloaking machines, data, users and even the segment itself from both external and insider threats.

This recognition from Frost & Sullivan is the latest in a series of third-party validations of the Unisys approach to security. In May 2017, Unisys announced that analyst firm NelsonHall named the company as an overall market segment leader in the NelsonHall Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) Vendor Evaluation for Managed Security Services report. A month earlier, the company announced that another analyst firm, HfS Research, named the company to the "Winner's Circle" in its report evaluating managed security services providers.
