EUR/USD is trading at 1.0945, down 0.0103. The pair is trading choppy just above the session lows as European traders wind down for the day. Market talk about U.S. economic data due out on Wednesday and comments by officials at the EU summit is making the rounds. Germany's trade balance figures are due out early Thursday morning.
