U.S. stocks traded higher midway through trading, with the Dow Jones gaining more than 400 points on Monday.
The Dow traded up 1.27% to 32,267.56 while the NASDAQ rose 0.28% to 11,663.46. The S&P 500, also rose, gaining, 0.92% to 3,952.53.

Foot Locker Inc (NYSE:FL) posted upbeat results for its fourth quarter.
The company reported a fourth-quarter FY22 sales decline of 0.30% year-on-year to $2.33 billion, beating the consensus of $2.15 billion. Adjusted EPS of $0.97 beat the analyst consensus of $0.51.

Asia Pacific Markets
Asian markets closed lower on Monday, with Japan’s Nikkei 225 dropping 1.42%, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index dropping 2.65% and China’s Shanghai Composite Index declining 0.48%. India’s S&P BSE Sensex fell 0.6%.

The U.S. has the highest number of coronavirus cases and deaths in the world, reporting a total of 105,735,650 cases with around 1,150,130 deaths.
