The Company's competitors are large apparel, footwear and sporting goods companies with strong worldwide brand recognition such as Nike and Adidas. It also competes with other manufacturers, including those specializing in outdoor apparel, and private label offerings of certain retailers, including some of its customers. The Company is subject to income taxes in the United States and numerous foreign jurisdictions.
