The stores are located in malls, lifestyle centers, 'power' centers, community centers, outlet centers and street-front locations. In addition, it competes with independent specialty shops, department stores and direct marketers that sell similar lines of merchandise and target customers through catalogs and e-commerce. Ambitious, Blue Crown, Division 7, Eldon, Full Tilt, Full Tilt Sport, If it's not here…it's not happening, Infamous, RSQ, Tilly's, Vindicated, and logos related to some of these names, are among its trademarks registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The Company is subject to labor and employment laws, laws governing advertising and promotions, privacy laws, safety regulations, consumer protection regulations and other laws that regulate retailers and govern the promotion and sale of merchandise and the operation of stores and warehouse facilities.
