Its customers include manufacturers of finished bedding & upholstered furniture, retailers & distributors of adjustable & ornamental beds, and contracts, landscapers, and road construction companies among others. Commercial Fixturing & Components segment designs, produces, installs and manages the Company's customers' store fixtures projects. Its Office Furniture Components Group designs, manufactures, & distributes engineered components & products primarily for the office seating market. Its products include store fixture packages for retailers, including shelving, counters, showcases and garment racks, Standardized shelving used by large retailers, grocery stores & discount chains from Store Fixture Group; bases, columns, back rests, casters and frames for office chairs, & control devices that allow office chairs to tilt, swivel and elevate & private label finished furniture from Office Furniture Components Group. Its customers include retail chains & specialty shops, as well as institutional & commercial furniture manufacturers. The in Industrial Materials segment operates a steel rod mill with an annual output of approximately Wire Group 500,000 tons. It has four wire mills that supplies all the wire consumed by the Company's domestic businesses. Its steel Tubing business unit also supplies a portion of its internal needs for welded steel tubing. In addition to supporting Company's internal requirements, it supplies to external customers with wire and steel tubing products. Its products include steel rod, drawn wire, steel billets, & fabricated wire products from Wire Group; & welded steel tubing, fabricated tube components & titanium and nickel tubing for the aerospace industry from Tubing Group. Specialized Products segment designs, produces & sells components for automotive seating, specialized machinery & equipment, and service van interiors. Its products include manual & power lumbar support & massage systems for automotive seating, seat suspension systems, automotive control cables, low voltage motors & motion assemblies, & formed metal & wire components for seat frames from Automotive Group; quilting machines for mattress covers, machines used to shape wire into various types of springs, & industrial sewing/finishing machines from Machinery Group; & van interiors from Commercial Vehicles product Group. Its customers include automobile seating manufacturers, bedding manufactures, and telecommunication, & delivery companies. The Company has operations in China, Europe, Canada, & Mexico. It sells & distributes products through its own personnel. Further, it also has relationships & agreements with outside sales representatives & distributors. Its raw materials include steel, including scrap, rod, wire, coil, sheet, stainless & angle iron, foam scrap, woven & non-woven fabrics, & titanium & nickel-based alloys.
