It owned and operated approximately over 144,000 billboard advertising displays in 44 states, Canada and Puerto Rico, 134,000 logo advertising displays in 23 states & the province of Ontario and Canada, 2,300 digital billboard advertising displays in 42 states and 42,000 transit advertising displays in 18 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. It offers its customers a fully integrated service, satisfying all aspects of their billboard display requirements from ad copy production to placement and maintenance. It offers three types of outdoor advertising displays: billboards, logo signs and transit advertising displays. It sells billboards advertising space on two types of bulletins and posters. Bulletins are generally illuminated advertising structures that are located on highways & target vehicular traffic and posters are generally smaller advertising structures that are located on traffic arteries and city streets and target vehicular & pedestrian traffic. In addition to these traditional billboards, it also sells digital billboards, which are generally located on traffic arteries and city streets. Its Logo signs, sells its advertising space on located near highway exits. Logo signs generally advertise nearby gas, food and camping, lodging and other attractions. Its transit advertising displays sells advertising space on the exterior and interior of public transportation vehicles, transit shelters. Posters are generally smaller advertising structures that are located on traffic arteries & city streets & target vehicular and pedestrian traffic. It faces competition from advertising providers, such as; Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. and CBS Outdoor. Its Outdoor advertising is subject to governmental regulation at the federal, state and local levels.
