The Company develops, markets and sells products and services designed to solve its customers' secure mobility requirements through its Mobile Virtual Enterprise ("MOVE") architecture, which unifies the network infrastructure, access management and mobility applications into one integrated system that offers strong security and a simplified approach to bring-your-own-device ("BYOD") initiatives. The Company conducts business in three geographic regions namely Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ).
