Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) shares are trading lower by $0.43 at $109.14 in Tuesday's session. The company will report Q1 earnings after the bell; Street estimates for EPS stand at $1.49 on revenues of $15.29 billion.

The issue is trading lower for the fourth day in a row since posting its high for the move ($111.99) and high close for the recent move ($111.30) on February 1. The rally emanated from its October 13 low ($90.32).

After a higher open, it peaked just above Monday's closing price ($109.57) at $109.73 and began to move lower. The ensuing decline has found support just under its January 30 low ($108.96) at $108.77.

The all-time high for the issue was made in August 2015 at $122.08.
