A random response on Twitter reveals the best interior shot of the Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) Cybertruck seen to date. Details surrounding the Cybertruck remain scant as the onset of initial production looms. CEO Elon Musk predicts this commencing soon, with a Cybertruck delivery ceremony planned for later in the year. Musk also says the Cybertruck will be compatible with 'lit' third-party add-ons.
Although the Tesla Cybertruck's final design is not yet set, the prototype image offers some insight into its current features. The controversial yoke is now more of a rectangular steering contraption rather than a wheel. The capacitive buttons are still there, but notably missing the horn button, which means the horn may be back in the middle of the steering rectangle. The dashboard also looks incredibly long.
The software also looks unfinished, with options for the tonneau cover control missing, along with a missing software button for the trunk, which is present in other Tesla vehicles in the software screen. Unfortunately, the battery is set to a percentage, so there is no indication of the Cybertruck's estimated range. It appears that for more specifics on the finalized Cybertruck intended for delivery, a direct update from Tesla is required.
