The rally follows Wednesday's White House cryptocurrency summit, where President Donald Trump met with SEC Chairman Paul Atkins, CFTC Chairman Michael Selig, and executives from Coinbase, Robinhood, Ripple, and Kalshi. Trump urged Congress to pass the CLARITY Act, which would establish clear regulatory standards for digital assets. Coinbase stock also gained roughly 8% on the same news.
