The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the Solactive United States Energy Regulated Capped Index (the Index), which measures the performance of the energy sector of the U.S. equity market as defined by Solactive AG (the Index Provider or Solactive). The Index includes large, and mid-capitalization companies. The Index is a subset of a float-adjusted capitalization weighted index of equity securities comprising the 1,000 largest companies from the US stock market. The Index uses a capping methodology to constrain individual securities at quarterly rebalance to ensure: (i) the weights of any single issuer shall not exceed 22.5 percent, and (ii) the aggregate weight of all issuers that individually exceed 4.5 percent of the Index shall not have a weight greater than 45 percent of the Index. The weight of one or more securities in the Index may exceed these limits due to fluctuations in market value of the securities in the Index, corporate actions, or other events that change the Index composition between quarterly rebalance dates.
