The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 3% Capped Index (the Underlying Index), which is based on a float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted parent index, the S&P 500 (the Parent Index). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. equity market, as determined by the S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the Index Provider or SPDJI). The Underlying Index seeks to measure the performance of companies in the Parent Index, subject to a 3 percent issuer weight cap. At each quarterly rebalance, companies with a weight greater than 3 percent will be capped at 3 percent and the excess weight will be proportionally redistributed across all uncapped companies.
