The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that invests in equity securities consisting primarily of common and preferred stock and securities convertible into common stock. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of U.S.-listed large capitalization companies. The Funds sub-adviser, Bancreek Capital Advisors, LLC (the Sub-Adviser), defines large capitalization companies to be those companies with market capitalizations exceeding $5 billion at the time of purchase.
