What is ICAP?
The Fund, under normal conditions, invests at least 80 percent of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies that pay dividends during normal market conditions. The Funds investments in equity securities may include common stocks, preferred stocks and convertible securities. The Fund may invest in the equity securities of companies of any market capitalization.
