NEW YORK, Aug. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 1, 2017, the Board of Director (the "Board") of American Education Center, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("AEC", or the "Company") approved the appointment of Wei, Wei & Co. LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the Company's fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, effective immediately. On August 1, 2017, the Board also approved the dismissal of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP as the independent auditors for the Company.
