KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Regal Entertainment Group, a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating one of the largest theatre circuits in the United States, is celebrating the grand opening of Regal Independence Plaza 12 & RPX in Hamilton, NJ.  Activities include preview events Sunday, February 12, through Tuesday, February 14, with $3 movies, popcorn and soft drinks to benefit local charities. The official grand opening will be Thursday, February 16, featuring three new films including, The Great Wall, Fist Fight and A Cure for Wellness.

The preview events include recently released films with themed days where all proceeds benefit local community non-profits. During the three days of preview events, all movies will be $3 with proceeds benefiting Ryan's Quest, Boys & Girls Club of Trenton-Mercer County and the Travis Manion Foundation. During these fundraising days, small soft drinks and small popcorn are only a $3 donation each.
