GBAB Increases Monthly Dividend by 10.26% to 12.90 Cents

Guggenheim Build America Bonds Managed Duration Trust a closed-end management investment company, announces that it is increasing its monthly dividend to $0.1290 per share, effective with its November 2011 dividend. The increased dividend compares to $0.1170 per share for the Fund's most recent dividend, a 10.26% increase.
