The Corporation continues to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation and reserves the right to reconsider the date, time, and/or means of convening the Annual Meeting, including holding the Annual Meeting solely by means of remote communications.

As described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting that were previously distributed, shareholders as of the close of business on March 2, 2020, the record date, will be eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
