Regions Financial Corporation RF plans to announce quarterly earnings results pre-market open and will host conference calls to review the results on the following dates:

• Fourth Quarter 2019 – Friday, Jan. 17, 2020, at 11 a.m. ET
• First Quarter 2020 – Friday, April 17, 2020, at 11 a.m. ET
• Second Quarter 2020 – Friday, July 17, 2020, at 11 a.m. ET
• Third Quarter 2020 – Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020, at 11 a.m. ET
