Rudolph and Sletten Awarded Major Tenant Improvement Project

Tutor Perini Corporation TPC, a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, announced today that its subsidiary, Rudolph and Sletten, has been awarded a contract valued over $200 million by a confidential technology customer for a major tenant improvement project in the Bay Area. The project includes the build-out of approximately 760,000 square-feet of offices, laboratory, technical support and cafeteria/kitchen space. The project will begin immediately with preconstruction, and construction is targeted to start this September with completion within one year. The contract value will be included in the Company's second quarter 2019 backlog.
