Borqs Appoints Henry Sun As Finance Chief

Borqs Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:BRQS), a provider of embedded software and products for the IoT, appointed Henry Sun as its CFO effective October 1.
Anthony Chan, who held the CFO position since April 2015, has been appointed to the new position of Executive Director of Finance and US Operations. Sun will report to Chan.
Sun founded Reach China LLC in 2016, a cross-border consulting firm.
Price Action: BRQS shares traded lower by 3.88% at $0.5034 on the last check Wednesday.
