Magal Security Systems Ltd. MAGS declared a cash distribution to shareholders of $1.725 per share (~$40 million in the aggregate).
The cash distribution will be paid in US$ on September 22, 2021, to shareholders of record on August 31, 2021. The ex-dividend date for NASDAQ trading will be September 23, 2021, the day after the payment date.
