Bottomline Names Bruce Bowden As Finance Chief To Succeed Richard Booth

Financial technology provider Bottomline Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: EPAY) announced Bruce Bowden's appointment as the CFO.
Bowden is expected to assume full responsibilities of the role on March 12.
Bowden will succeed Richard Booth, who will depart effective March 12 to join a pre-IPO company.
Price action: EPAY stock closed lower by 1.07% at $44.40 on Monday.
