Francesca's Holdings (NASDAQ: FRAN) shares are trading lower on Monday after the company announced it has adopted a plan to close roughly 140 boutiques by Jan. 30, 2021.

Francesca's Holdings through its subsidiaries operates a chain of retail boutiques. It offers fashion apparel, jewelry, accessories, and gifts primarily for women.

Francesca's shares were trading down 32.98% at $2.45 at last check Monday. The stock has a 52-week high of $19.91 and a 52-week low of $1.70.
