today reported adjusted earnings of $0.08 per diluted share on revenues of $108.8 million for its third quarter ended February 28, 2011. This compares to adjusted earnings of $0.06 per diluted share on revenues of $104.1 million in the prior year third quarter. The Company's net income reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles was $3.9 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, in the current year third quarter, as compared to a loss of $0.4 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, in the prior year third quarter.
