Berner's Cookies Continues Florida Domination With New North Miami Beach Store

TRP, a key player in the cannabis retail sector with operations spanning 14 states and two nations, has inaugurated its newest Florida retail store, Cookies North Miami Beach. This marks the fourth cannabis retail store under TRP's purview in Florida via its MMTC-licensed entity, Cookies Florida, Inc. The Cookies brand was originally created by famed rapper Berner.

The Cookies North Miami Beach dispensary, located at 17150 Biscayne Boulevard, now welcomes medical patients who have legitimate MMUR ID cards. This opening comes on the heels of a significant 40,000-square-foot expansion of TRP's cultivation facility in DeLand, accompanied by a newly devised nursery area meant to accommodate an augmented genetics offering and foster novel breeding initiatives.

“Our state-of-the-art expansion not only quadruples our indoor cultivation capacity but also underscores our commitment to providing top-tier products to Florida’s growing number of registered patients," TRP's co-founder and CEO Brandon Johnson said. "Through this investment, we are poised to introduce 25 new strains to the market along with introductions to new brand partners and a fresh range of genetics. This strategic expansion enables us to scale our store count and broaden our home-delivery territories, ensuring increased product accessibility for Florida’s cannabis patients.”

Emphasizing the diverse and quality-driven product range, Cookies North Miami Beach showcases a comprehensive line-up of high-grade medical cannabis products. The store's catalog flaunts collaborations with renowned brands and cultivators such as Gumbo Brands, GasHouse, Shauncron, Pure Blanco, SMKRS, Lemonnade, B-Real’s Dr. Greenthumb’s and Grandiflora Genetics.

Additionally, the product menu at the North Miami Beach dispensary encompasses rosin C-Bite edibles, concentrates, 510 and disposable live rosin vapes and RSO syringes, a feat achieved in collaboration with Nature’s Lab Extracts.

TRP's president, Daniel Firtel, added, “We are thrilled to introduce Cookies North Miami Beach, our first purpose-built location constructed specifically for an unparalleled patient experience, starting with accessibility. Visible from both U.S. Highway 1 and the Brightline, this flagship location was designed to be a destination for Florida’s medical cannabis community and is another checked off the list in our expansion plan including opening another dozen dispensary locations throughout 2024.”
