Tim Conder, CEO of Tilt Holdings (OTC:TLLTF) was a panelist on “Building a Successful Cannabis Business While Regulations Catch Up” at Benzinga’s Cannabis Conference. Conder shares that his company has looked at similarities and differences among different markets when expanding.

He also shared that it is imperative that the entire organization is familiar with applicable regulations because every part of the business has to adhere to the regulations that pertain to that section of the company. He shared, “If you rely on one person or one vertical within your organization to manage the entirety of compliance, you’ll face challenges.”
