Grey spoke about the burgeoning promise in the cannabis sector, focusing on the strong potential that lies ahead. Highlighting the intricate balance of federal and state catalysts. "Then you have to rebound in the consumer too, which can also help these companies," he said.
Shedding light on the historical trajectory of the industry, Grey pointed out, "This is the first time we’ve seen the cycle. If you look at legacy markets like Colorado, we’ve seen the initial onset of much capital coming in."
The industry's cyclical nature is evident Grey noted. "Then you see overproduction, prices fall. Right? We saw it in 2018-2019, Colorado. Then it eventually rebounded back up."

The perspective offered painted a broader picture. "Now we’re seeing it more at a broader level," Grey continued, emphasizing the growing nationwide trend. But it wasn't just the industry insights that resonated; consumer behavior and their increasing involvement were at the forefront too. "Long term, believe in the consumer. Units are up. Consumers are continuing to enter the category."
