Flower One Partners With Lift Ticket Laboratories, Expands To Pre-Roll Market

Cannabis company Flower One Holdings Inc. FONE FLOOF has teamed up with Lift Ticket Laboratories to expand Lift Ticket's pre-roll production capacities further.

Under the agreement, Lift Tickets will utilize Flower One's flagship greenhouse facility for the manufacture of Lift Tickets' awarded pre-roll products in Nevada.

In addition, Lift Tickets agreed to apply its patented production methods and techniques.

In a Monday press release, Flower One Chief Strategy Officer Kellen O'Keefe praised Lift Ticket's product quality, user experience, and brand collaborators as "second-to-none" and bolster the Nevada market.

Emmet, Lift Ticket's founder, and CEO shared the enthusiasm, highlighting, "it was clear that Flower One is in a league of their own and the perfect partner for us in Nevada."

Lift Ticket products portfolio – which will hit Nevada's shelves in the summer – consists of the half-, 1- and 2-gram infused pre-rolls, and a broad range of multi-packs, including glass tips as well as papers, premium flower, and premium concentrates.

Flower One oversees cultivation, processing, and manufacturing of cannabis within its Nevada-based 400,000 square-foot greenhouse and 55,000 square-foot production facility.

It also produces a number of edible brands utilizing a 25,000 square-feet indoor-cultivation facility and a commercial kitchen in Las Vegas.

Last month, Flower One secured CA$10.9 million (US$7.8 million) in financing through a non-brokered private placement. The company said it would utilize funds to enhance its corporate and working capital.

Meanwhile, the company's first-quarter 2020 earnings report released in April, revealed it hit its highest ever monthly sales, witnessing monthly sales growth of 17% on average throughout six months.
