"These results demonstrate the strength of our strategy and the value of our operating platform. As we look ahead, there are a variety of macroeconomic and political uncertainties that could affect the economy. Nevertheless, we believe that the fundamental backdrop remains supportive for continued Same-Store and FFOA per share growth."

The company reiterated its full-year 2025 guidance, expecting net income in the range of $0.56 to $0.66 per diluted share, and FFO of $2.45 to $2.55 per diluted share.
