The company reaffirmed its full-year 2025 guidance, expecting normalized FFO per share in the range of $3.35 to $3.46.

Given the expected downside potential, growth-focused investors may not find Ventas stock attractive. Furthermore, they can benefit from the company's solid dividend yield of 3.06%.
