David Faber on CNBC's '"quawk On The Street" discussed the potential acquisitions for Evergy EVRG and Kansas City Southern KSU.

On Monday, Evergy reportedly turned down the acquisition offer by NextEra NEE. On Sept. 9, Kansas City Southern reportedly rejected a $20 billion tender offer.
