Twitter CEO Elon Musk has finally hugged his superfan, content creator, and YouTuber Fidias Panayiotou, who was camping outside the Twitter headquarters for months to meet him.
Panayiotou showed up outside the Twitter building on a daily basis since mid-October 2022, according to an Insider report.
On Saturday, he posted a photo on Twitter of himself hugging Musk inside the Twitter office and wishing everyone Happy National Hugging Day.
During the World Cup match in Qatar, Musk interacted with many people, including a young boy who urged him to hug the YouTuber. Musk replied, saying he would do it.
Panayiotou has faced criticisms for his approach on Twitter, with many people calling him weird and disturbing.
Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, was also not pleased with Panayiotou after his followers spammed her Instagram comments.
