The scene in question features a fleet of self-driving Teslas causing chaos after a cyber attack activates their self-driving capabilities. Julia Roberts’s character and her family are depicted trying to evade the driverless Teslas. Netflix released the scene on Dec. 8, which sparked Musk’s comments.
Addressing the scene on X, Musk posted, "Teslas can charge from solar panels even if the world goes fully Mad Max and there is no more gasoline!"

His response appeared to sidestep the thematic focus of the scene, instead emphasizing the resilience of Tesla vehicles in an apocalyptic scenario.
