What does your company do? What unique problem does it solve?UXDA is a UX Design Agency sharply focused on delivering user interface solutions for banks and fintech startups.
Our work process includes three key stages: research, engineering and design.
We operate as a remote part of our client team. Thus, we are not only helping to create an optimal financial user experience, but also ensuring that our client team employs best practices in a user-centered approach.
Who are your customers?
UXDA serve digital financial service providers and vendors, including: banks, fintech startups, insurance companies, stock and forex trading services, banking software vendors.
UXDA is a boutique design agency and does not serve more than 10 clients simultaneously, thus providing best quality of engineering processes and results.
How long have you been in business?
The UXDA team has provided digital design and engineering solutions for 10 years and since 2012 has delivered UX design engineering services for financial institutions only as UX Design Agency.
Where are you located?
UXDA located in Latvia.
Who is your company's leadership? What kind of experience do they have?
Alex is the UXDA CEO and co-founder of 10+ startups. His personal background is based on a science degree in Cognitive Psychology and includes strong UX strategist and UX architect expertise with over six years of industry practice working with 100+ digital projects and 30+ startups. With over 15 years of business development experience with leading Latvian and international companies gives him a valuable multi-industry scope and perspective, a critical attribute that enables him to create the best UX solutions for the most complicated digital services.
After graduating from international business study, Linda worked in web and mobile businesses for over six years. She has been involved in 20 startups and managed over 60 projects as a team leader, business consultant and business analyst.
Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in design and has strong UI and user-centered service design expertise gained through over 10 years of industry experience and 150+ digital projects.
Alberts has a master's degree in Information Technology, giving him full confidence in problem solving with most technological challenges. He also has extensive knowledge in communication with service developers and stakeholders. His skill set allows him to bridge between stakeholders, creatives and development teams.
