  • Analysts expect SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC) to post a quarterly loss of $0.09 per share when the company reports its results for the fiscal quarter ending January on after the close on April 10. SeaChange International shares declined 0.83 percent to close at $2.40 on Friday.
  • Simulations Plus, Inc. (NASDAQ:SLP) is also scheduled to report results for the fiscal quarter ending February after market close on April 10, with Wall Street expecting earnings of $0.08 per share. Simulations Plus shares remained mostly flat on Friday, closing at $11.15.

  • After the close, Streamline Health Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:STRM) is expected to report quarterly losses of $0.10 per share for the fiscal quarter ending January. Streamline Health Solutions shares declined 2.14 percent on Friday to close at $0.9752.
  • German health care company Fresenuis SE & Co. announced that it is in talks to acquire Akorn, Inc. (NASDAQ:AKRX), a U.S. generic drugs maker, valued at about $3.7 billion. Akorn shares rallied 12.53 percent on Friday, to close at $33.50.
  • Shares of Juno Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:JUNO) declined 2.98 percent in after hours trade on Friday, to close at $23.09. The stock has been in a slump over the past month, declining 12.3 percent in March according to S&P Global Market Intelligence. The decline follows the company’s decision to halt its lead CAR (chimeric antigen receptor) T-cell cancer immunotherapy candidate, JCAR015, due to safety reasons.
