Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement Agreement

announced today that its subsidiary, Telematics Corporation, has entered into a patent license agreement with Intergis, LLC. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
