Fuel Tech Reports Third Quarter EPS of $.03

today reported results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. Revenues for the third quarter totaled $20.3 million, an increase of $3,804 or 23% over the comparable prior-year period. Net income for the quarter was $0.8 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, which was an increase of $0.06 from the same year-ago quarter. Revenues for the nine-months ending September 30, 2010 totaled $56.8 million, representing an increase of $4,084, an 8% increase, from the comparable prior-year period. Net income for the nine-month period was $0.7 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of ($2.5 million), or ($0.11) per diluted share, in the same year-ago period.
