(NYSE: SKT), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012.  This cash dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013 to holders of record on January 30, 2013. 

Since becoming a public company in May 1993, the company has paid a cash dividend each quarter and has increased its dividend each year.
