Landstar Concludes Litigation with OOIDA

a non-asset based provider of integrated supply chain solutions delivering safe, specialized transportation and logistics services, today announced the end of its decade-long litigation with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, Inc. ("OOIDA"). At issue in the case was Landstar's compliance with federal regulations that govern the leasing relationship between motor carriers and truck owner-operators.
